Education plays an important role in improving (HR) superior. Meanwhile the school is under construction which has resulted in the laboratory being used as a place of learning. So that practicum activities are rarely carried out, as a result, students' practicum skills are still not optimal. The aims of this study: to find out the technical management of a biology laboratory, to find out the practicum skills of students, and to find out the relationship between management of a biology laboratory and students' practicum skills. The research method is correlational research with a quantitative approach. Sampling is cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis and inferential statistics using the Spearman test. Results and conclusions: The management of the biology laboratory obtained a maximum score of 74, a minimum score of 50 and an average of 62%, so it is included in the good category. Students' practicum skills obtained a minimum score of 26, a maximum score of 95 and an average score of 74.14% so that it is included in the good category. The relationship between biology laboratory management and practicum skills obtained a significance value (0.095 > 0.05), meaning that Ho was accepted, there was no significant relationship between biology laboratory management and students' practicum skills.
